resort across from Glendalough State Park. Nine
lakeside cottages, comfortably and conveniently furnished, many
with lofts and vaulted ceilings. Native elm and basswood paneling
used extensively in the cottages. Each cottage has large deck
on lakeside for dining and lounging. Seven hundred feet of north
shore along a secluded thirteen acre tract of park-like woodland.
Cottages have one to four bedrooms. |
Fishing boats and motors available, plus boat
lifts for guest-owned runabouts. Sunfish and Laser sailboats,
Hydrobikes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboat. Swimming beach, tennis court,
volleyball, basketball, tetherball, playgrounds with swings
and climbers, a nature trail through the woods, and indoor recreation
room. |
| Glendalough
State Park, accessible by either boat or auto,
has great hiking and biking trails and abundant wild plant and
animal life. Golf, riding, dining, shopping, locally-grown fruits
and vegetables, arts, crafts, antiques--all close by. |
