Sailboats
Sailboats are free to our guests when you rig it yourself. We’ll teach you how, and teach you to sail for a small fee.
For non-guests, we rent by the hour or day on Blanche, and by the day if you take a boat to another lake. (We can also deliver and pick up.)

CANOE TRIPS
Each summer, many guests take everybody's favorite canoe trip from near West Battle Lake through Glendalough and across Blanche Lake back to Woodlawn, a two or three hour excursion, depending on the stops one makes to fish, swim, picnic, and sightsee.
BOARD SAILING
We have a basic rig with various sail sizes, and a beginner board for learning. Check with Kate if you’re interested in lessons.
GOLF
There’s an excellent 18-hole course, Balmoral, less than a mile from Woodlawn, and several other courses in the county.
HYDROBIKES
Glide over the water and sneak up on loons. We have two hydrobikes. Kids love to fish off of them.
IDEAL PLAY AREA
Try out all our water toys in our sand-bottomed swim area, shallow and ideal for big and little kids alike.
